A number you cannot question is a number you cannot use. Each figure opens onto the rule and the arithmetic that produced it, down to the line on the form.
The comparison is more reliable than the number
Two withdrawal orders side by side tell you more than one order labelled correct. Lampyrix is built to compare, because a single projection carries a precision it has not earned.
It says when the plan does not work
A shortfall is named rather than smoothed over. Lampyrix models every year to the end and shows you where the gap falls, and what it would take to close it.
Who it is for
Lampyrix models every year from when you first enter your information, so it fits a household already within about fifteen years of retiring.
That boundary is in the software, not just in the brochure. A household the model cannot hold is told so at the point it enters its dates, rather than being given a number that looks fine.
What it does not do
Lampyrix does not tell you what to do with your money.
It is not an adviser and it does not make recommendations. It shows you what the rules do to your own numbers, and leaves the decision where it belongs. If you work with a planner, that is the conversation this is meant to improve.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We never sell it — not raw, not aggregated, not ever.
Household figures are encrypted with a key held for your household alone, and you can see every time anyone you have invited has looked at them.
